alliant Welcomes Kristofer Low as Head of AI Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering

Krish Low

alliant is pleased to welcome Kristofer Low as Head of AI Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering, where he will lead AI solution delivery and build the firm’s engineering-led practice to identify, develop, and scale high-value AI solutions for its clients.

Low brings more than 12 years of experience across artificial intelligence, digital transformation, industrial technology, and enterprise software delivery. Throughout his career, he has led complex transformation programs from strategy through production, built cross-functional teams, and helped executives translate emerging technologies into practical capabilities that organizations can adopt, govern, and scale.

At alliant, he will focus on helping clients identify high-value AI opportunities, assess readiness, define governance, and deploy solutions quickly using a Forward Deployed Engineering model in which multidisciplinary teams work directly alongside clients to solve business problems and take ownership of solutions through implementation and adoption. This approach combines strategic advisory, rapid experimentation, software engineering, and ongoing client partnership to shorten the path from opportunity identification to measurable business results.

“AI creates value when it moves beyond proof-of-concepts and pilots to become part of how the business operates, with outcomes that justify the cost to build, run, and maintain it,” said Low. “AI can address an enormous range of problems, but not every opportunity is equally valuable. Our objective is to help clients identify those worth pursuing, validate them quickly, and build solutions in a way that can be adopted, governed, and scaled across the enterprise.

Prior to joining alliant, Low held leadership roles at C3 AI, where he led multi-million-dollar AI programs for Fortune 500 energy and industrial organizations. He guided initiatives from strategy and value definition through production, adoption, and scaling across reliability, supply chain, manufacturing, sustainability, and operational performance in complex, highly regulated industrial environments. His experience spans generative and agentic AI, predictive analytics, optimization, workflow automation, and enterprise knowledge solutions.

Earlier in his career, Low worked across industrial IT/OT, data management platforms, asset performance management, and enterprise software in roles with GE Digital, Enablon, Williams, and Lubrizol. That experience shaped his pragmatic approach to AI: start with the business problem and build solutions organizations can realistically operate, trust, and scale.

“Success in leveraging AI requires more than a compelling use case,” Low said. “It requires accountability for quality, user adoption and trust, proper governance, and measurable business outcomes. I am excited to join alliant and build a practice that brings those elements to drive value for our clients.

Low’s leadership philosophy centers on building self-directed high-performing agile teams, developing trusted client and trusted advisor relationships, and creating repeatable delivery models that turn AI investment into lasting business capability.
