Holly Paz is a tax attorney with more than 20 years of experience in federal tax law, tax administration, and regulatory policy. Most recently, she served as Commissioner of the IRS Large Business & International (LB&I) Division, overseeing tax administration for large corporations, partnerships, high-wealth individuals, and international taxpayers. Her experience includes leadership in implementing key Inflation Reduction Act provisions and advising on complex corporate, partnership, and tax-exempt organization matters. Holly earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
