Neeraj Mital

Neeraj Mital has decades of experience in principal investing and mergers and acquisitions and has been a member of alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board since 2006. He was previously a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners, a New York based global investment banking advisory and investment management firm.

Mital uses his years of experience in the financial realm to help alliantgroup clients understand the often-complex financial market in the U.S. while working to educate small and medium sized businesses on the value and true impact of tax credits and incentives they are eligible for. Mital received a B.S. in Economics with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
