Jacque Colbert

Jacque Colbert joined alliant as Global Vice President of People Operations. In this role, she is responsible for leading the worldwide strategy, architecture, and execution of the company’s people operations agenda. Within her mandate, she will focus on an inclusive of cultural integration across newly acquired business entities, elevating high-performance systems, and strategically scaling the global workforce. As a primary partner to the C-Suite, she will steward all human capital initiatives to fuel alliant’s continued growth and market impact.

Jacque’s leadership approach is shaped by more than two decades of extensive people leadership at some of the world’s most influential organizations, including Google, VMware, Dell, T-Mobile, and ConocoPhillips. Her corporate expertise is uniquely blended with the discipline and resilience forged during her service in the U.S. Army and grounded in her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. One of her guiding principles is simple: “Always tender on people, tough on issues.”

Jacque’s mission is to inspire meaningful transformation in people and organizations alike. Her life’s work is rooted in a deep belief in human potential and in ensuring that alliant’s talent strategy accelerates its global objectives while honoring the unique, diverse experiences, and strengths of its people.

Outside of her corporate life, Jacque is a self-professed exercise junkie, an avid drummer, with a passion for philanthropy. She is blessed to have one daughter and lives with her family in the Houston area.
