Eric Hylton held several prominent positions at the IRS, including serving as Deputy of the Criminal Investigation Division and as CI’s head of International Operations. As National Director, Eric employs his years of experience at the IRS to assist alliantgroup’s clients as an ambassador for U.S. small and medium sized businesses (SMBs) and in helping others become tax compliant.
During his tenure, Eric directed the IRS’s Audit and Collection tax operations with a $2.2 billion yearly budget and 20,000 nationwide employees, oversaw the sixth-largest US Federal law enforcement agency as CI chief, and led multi-national efforts targeting financial fraud. Eric also revolutionized the IRS’ National Fraud Program and led reforms resulting in billions in revenue and major legislative changes.
